Zedrick Buhay, CEO
Meet Zedrick Buhay, a true healthcare visionary with over 20 years of experience! Zedrick has worked in the home health space and clinical research industry, but his personal interest in health and wellness comes from his active lifestyle. Zedrick’s background in accounting and finance, combined with his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX, gives him a unique perspective on the healthcare industry. He’s an avid swimmer, biker, and runner, and he truly believes in the many benefits that IV vitamin infusions can provide to those who receive them. He’s passionate about educating others on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and he’s always willing to share his knowledge and expertise with anyone who is interested. As an immigrant from the Philippines, Zedrick knows firsthand the importance of having access to quality healthcare. His last name, which actually means “Life,” reflects his belief that everyone deserves to have a healthy life. He’s committed to making a positive impact on the healthcare industry and ensuring that everyone has access to the care they need to live their best life. Felicity Mack, MD
Dr. Mack is the owner of Balance Family Medicine & medical director of Buhay Health & Wellness. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she now calls Houston, Texas her home. Dr. Mack is a powerhouse physician who is passionate about providing the best possible care to her patients. With her extensive education from UT Houston Medical School and Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugar Land, Texas, Dr. Mack is a true expert in her field. But she doesn’t stop there – she’s also a firm believer in the power of education and is dedicated to providing educational opportunities to others. She speaks and provides presentations that cover a wide range of topics and are always informative and engaging. She engages in community events from assisting middle school & high school athletes with their sports physicals to hosting Walk With A Doc- a community walk where Dr Mack & Other Medical Professionals connect with the community.

Francine Simms, RN, BSN & Operations Manager
Meet Francine, our dedicated registered nurse with nearly a decade of experience in diverse healthcare settings, including Intensive Care, Interventional Radiology, Prison Nursing, and Holistic Health & Wellness. As an intuitive empath, Francine is committed to ensuring that you leave our facility feeling mentally, spiritually, and physically supported. Serving as our operations manager, she orchestrates events, promotes Buhay, and collaborates with other holistic health & wellness providers to offer clients a comprehensive experience, regardless of location. Certified as a transformative holistic health & wellness nurse coach, Francine fearlessly assists clients in identifying blind spots and devising plans to overcome barriers, promoting a peaceful, happy, and love-filled life.
